Dr. Cameron Jackson

Cameron Jackson is a visionary leadership strategist, execution coach, and master business practitioner with more than 30 years of experience driving organizational success. A certified leadership coach and former Air Force senior leader, Cameron has worked with corporate executives, higher education institutions, and government leaders to streamline operations, develop leadership pipelines, and implement high-impact strategic plans.
Before founding The Eremos Group, Cameron led leadership development initiatives in public and private universities, where he also served as a senior faculty member teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, management, and business. His 23-year Air Force career included roles as a Senior Management Analyst, International Affairs Officer, and Executive Leadership Coach, where he oversaw $266M in logistical operations for Air Force One, led large-scale organizational change efforts impacting $1B in human resources, and managed over 5,300 personnel across six countries.

Hailey Wilson is a seasoned communications strategist, crisis management expert, and leadership trainer with more than 15 years of experience shaping corporate messaging, navigating high-stakes crises, and training executives in empathetic leadership. As the founder of Hailey Wilson Communications, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, biotech firms, and energy providers, guiding leaders through complex corporate challenges, media scrutiny, and internal transformation initiatives.
Hailey has played a pivotal role in crisis response efforts for major corporations, including nuclear incidents, corporate acquisitions, and public relations crises. Her ability to develop clear, strategic messaging under pressure has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor for leadership teams at companies such as Duke Energy, Pacific Gas & Electric, First Republic Bank, Illumina, and Cetera Financial Group.
Beyond crisis communications, Hailey is a champion of empathy-driven leadership.
